Does Your Flight Simulator Know More Than
You?
|
|
A
pilot should know more than a flight simulator.
There is a lot to learn when you want to fly a
Cirrus. Standard procedures, GNS 430
operations, fuel systems, weight and balance, engine
LOP operations, MFD and PFD capabilities, when you
would pull the chute. During our own
type conversion we looked for help from software
based training aids and found them lacking,
especially for IFR operations. Its taken
us four years to build the best X-Plane simulator
enhancement for the SR20, 22 and 22T G1/G2/SIU/DAU
aircraft.
SimAVIO is the only software to
focus on Technically Advanced Aircraft avionics
simulation with aircraft specific PFD, MFD, GPS,
autopilot and electrical systems integration.
Cirrus Panel Sets provide
the data that transforms SimAVIO into one of the
most accurate integrated training devices for this
aircraft.
Cirrus Pilots can now learn in
detail about their aircraft, and practice IFR
procedures and emergencies.

- Garmin GNS 430 WAAS including GPSS, OBS, LPV, ILS ,
PFD/MFD/STEC integration, cross fill, flight plan save, and
more, all accurately simulated and driven by procedure data
from the FAA’s National Flight Database, updated on the ARAC
28 day cycle.
- Avidyne Integra 7 PFD and MFD with airspace, topography,
obstacles, flight plan, cultural data, checklists and engine
monitoring.
- SR systems simulation; TCAS, CAPS,
SIMPLE, main, essential, avionics, and essential avionics
bus.
- Analog instruments; fuel contents, RPM,
fuel flow, manifold pressure, CHT, ammeter etc.
- Integrated STEC 55x with Cirrus specific altitude and
glide slope capture characteristics, GPSS and PFD
integration.
- X-Plane aircraft models tuned for pitch and power,
electrical systems and fuel flows.
- Modify our stock panels to match your favorite aircraft

The founders of FlyThisSim are Cirrus owners and IFR pilots with
over 1100 hrs of SR 20 and 22 pilot in command time. This
product is the one that has driven our core product development
and the one we use to stay current. It has been Beta tested by
some of the most respected Cirrus pilots and enhanced at their
suggestion. They tell us it’s ready. |

| While every effort is made to accurately simulate
the items detailed FlyThisSim do not recommend the use of SimAVIO for
flight training outside of a supervised training system with qualified
instructors. The responsibility for all flight operations remains with
the Pilot in Command. |
