Does Your Flight Simulator Know More Than You?

A pilot should know more than a flight simulator. The G1000 simulation used in this product is our most ambitious project to date increasing the utility of our custom GPS/WAAS engine. It provides the best X-Plane simulator enhancement for the C172/182/208 aircraft with the G1000 Nav III fit. It enables pilots to learn in detail about their aircraft and its systems and to practice IFR procedures. It is especially useful for learning the complex operation of the G1000 system.

SimAVIO is the only software to focus on Technically Advanced Aircraft avionics simulation with aircraft specific PFD, MFD, GPS, autopilot and electrical systems integration.

Cessna G1000 Panel Sets provide the data that transforms SimAVIO into one of the most accurate integrated training devices for this aircraft.

  • WAAS Garmin 1000 MFD and PFD Nav III system including GPSS, OBS, LPV, ILS , integration, cross fill, flight plan save, and more, all accurately simulated and driven by procedure data from the FAA’s National Flight Database updated on the ARAC 28 day cycle.
  • PFD and MFD with airspace, topography, obstacles, flight plan, cultural data, engine monitoring.
  • Electrical simulation; standby battery, essential bus, avionics bus 1 and 2, main bus 1 and 2.
  • Analog instruments; standby horizon, airspeed and altimeter.
  • GFC 700 with Integrated Flight Deck specific altitude and glide slope capture characteristics, MFD and PFD integration.
  • X-Plane aircraft models tuned for pitch and power, electrical systems and fuel flows.
  • Modify our stock panels to match your favorite aircraft.

SimAVIO and the Cessna Nav III simulation has been tested by Cessna pilots and CFIIs. We hope it helps you stay as proficient as the day you passed your IFR check ride.

While every effort is made to accurately simulate the items detailed FlyThisSim do not recommend the use of SimAVIO for flight training outside of a supervised training system with qualified instructors. The responsibility for all flight operations remains with the Pilot in Command.
