There are three basic configurations when using SimAVIO. It can run on
the same computer as X-Plane (Option A), or on a separate dedicated computer.
(Options B and C)

Option A:
SimAVIO and X-Plane on the same computer using Windows OS.
In this configuration, you need a dual core processor, and 2GB of
memory. You must have a router connected to the computer and your
network adapter enabled. |

Option B:
SimAVIO and X-Plane on different computers networked together with a
wired or wireless router.

Option C:
SimAVIO and X-Plane on different computers networked together WITHOUT a
router and using a Cross-Over Cable
In this configuration, you need to FIX the IP address of each
machine.
